ACES Charter Club's Annual Planning Meeting is November 12, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm in the SCP Amenity Center Ballroom. The overall purpose of the meeting is to plan 2025 activities and events, identify committee chairs and members, and approve 2025 club dues. Lunch will be provided.
